The Benefits of Journaling Keep a journal. That’s easy for me to say, I love to document my every move. The art of journaling is proven to help with anxiety, stress and all types of emotions. There has been lots of research done to prove this and I am living proof that it helps. Let’s take a trip down memory lane; I was thirteen years old, and all I could think about was to write my day's events. I continued to write my thoughts and emotions down on paper, and it became very handy when in my twenties I experienced loss and heartbreak. I lost my dear brother, and that tore me into pieces. But, thanks to Journaling I felt a little better every day. I learned through the process that writing things down allowed me to be more self-aware and mindful. A powerful tool that allows you to release anxiety, stress and helps you unleash your creativity. There are many different reasons why people journal and some won’t give it a try....
