A Simple Breathing Exercise to start your day feeling right.  There are many ways that you can start
your day right, however concentrating on your breathing is definitely a great
start.  You can do yoga, meditate
have an outstanding morning routine, but don’t underestimate the power of
practicing a deep breathing exercise. 
I mention in my video Wim Hof, I learned his breathing method and I have
been practicing for over a month, and it has been magical.
