Reasons Why Laughter Is The Best
Laughter is the best medicine. That is something that has been said for many years, and this weeks treasure is all about Laughter. How else can you relate to laughter? If you are laughing so hard that you can’t keep water in, then you can’t possibly be angry. Below I will share with you why you should always look for ways to laugh to feel better and happier. What’s the best cure for a bad mood? Laughter.
What comes to mind when I think of laughter dates back to when I was growing up, I would say in the 80’s. I used to read a small magazine called Reader’s Digest, and they had a section stating, “laughter is the best medicine,” that was my favorite section, they had jokes, and I just loved them. I don’t consider myself a great joke teller, but I do try from time to time. Now we have the internet, and they do have a joke section, Reader's Digest check it out, you might find something funny. The whole moral of this short story is that since I was a kid, I love to laugh and bring out happiness in everything that I do.
I did some research to share with you about laughter, about how good it is for your health and face it if you are laughing you don’t have room to be sad. So if things are not going as planned, try laughing at your situation and bring an inner smile to yourself. Humor takes you to a higher place where you can view the world from a more relaxed, confident, creative, joyful, and balanced perspective.
I can bring you steps on how to be happier, reasons why you should laugh and even show you the benefits of laughing. But I decided to share with you a video that Ellen Degeneres has on youtube explaining why laughter is good for your brain. Enjoy.
