How To Quiet Your Mind For A Powerful Life

It’s time to get your monkey brain in control and shut down the mental chatter. Today I will give you a snapshot of how to take control and set yourself free. Why do I write so much about this subject? Because I have lived through trial and error and have learned how to master my thinking to better my life, I can tell you that my improvements have allowed me to feel in control even when things are not going quite the way I want them to go. Yes, I too experience things that are not pleasant, but I choose not to talk about them because that’s giving fuel to something I do not want to grow. That’s why today I will share with you how you can quiet your mind to live a more focused life.

Be Nice To You
Self-care, you have heard this countless of times via social media, and you are tired of hearing it. You will be able to be more present and avoid unnecessary mistakes.
All Systems Down - (disconnect from technology 1 hour before bed)
There are many factors on why this is important. But, I will focus on sharing with you that if you take the time to unplug before going to bed, you will feel that you will sleep better and recharge accordingly for the next day. That means no television, no iPad, no iPhone, no videos, no technology.
Observe Your Thoughts
Be a deliberate observer, pay attention to what types of thoughts you are having, when you get good at catching your thoughts, you will learn how to stop your negative thoughts before they get out of control. Some of the reasons why many can’t quiet their minds, it’s because of they're unable to know when thoughts spiral out of control. It takes practice, but when you master it, you will start feeling better in general.
