Are you ready to take full control of your life? It’s time to learn how.  Create an environment of love, confidence, and happiness.  You are responsible for your actions and the way you are currently feeling.  Today’s treasure is all about Affirmations.  It’s time to keep your desired state of happiness and freedom.  

I am excited about everything I have learned from Louise Hay, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Bob Proctor and much more.  These individuals have made a difference in how I deal with life, my career and myself.  What do they all have in common? They believe and have lived their lives with one ingredient, Positive Affirmations. I start my day meditating, after I meditate I practice my affirmations.  I do it because I realize that my thoughts become things, so by starting my day with positive thoughts it creates a positive day for me. I created a list of 25 positive affirmations that are powerful and are very much part of my life.  I encourage you to create your own.

Now that you have a list to start with, get out a piece of paper, a pen and write out the affirmation that resonated with you the most.  Then, read it out loud for five minutes a day for thirty days.  Watch how you will transform your thoughts, your actions, and your life.  Start today and believe.
