How To Be More Like Nature In 3 Simple Steps

Happy to announce the new name of my Blog Post, “Tuesdays Treasures” This is when I take the time to reach into the Wellbeing Treasure Chest and reach out for a life-transforming treasure for you.  This weeks treasure is Deepak Chopra's’ The Law Of Least Effort. Get ready to learn from nature and live life in harmony.

“Nature’s intelligence functions with effortless ease...with carefreeness, harmony, and love.  And when we harness the forces of harmony, joy, and love, we create success and good fortune with effortless ease.” Deepak Chopra

I struggled with defensiveness.  I use to get defensive with everything and everyone.  I soon learned that wasting my energy on being defensive, didn’t allow me to feel the harmony of letting things be.  I took the time to study the Law of Least Effort, and I took it upon myself to shift from being in a state of resistance to allowing the universe to flow within me.  I have to admit, it wasn’t easy, but I learned that the universe has everything under control and all I have to do is follow the laws of this universe.  The opposite of resistance is the feeling of joy and freedom.

Stop defending your point of view; it’s a waste of time and energy.  Instead, take the time to learn as much as you can to master the Law of Least Effort.  Study, practice and let it be.  Be like nature and witness the Grass as it Grows.  Below you will find three simple steps to help you get started.

Acceptance
How many times do you complain about how something turned out? Well, it’s time to accept things how they unfold.  When you take the time to fully understand that what is happening now is a direct result of your past thoughts, actions, and desires.  You will soon learn to accept things as they are.  Let go, and allow the universe to do its thing.  Remember, the whole universe is as it should be.  Stop the struggle and feel the love that surrounds you.  Today, practice Acceptance.

Responsibility
Be responsible for everything that is going on around you.  Don’t blame anyone for your situation, including yourself.  Take the opportunity that life is giving you and learn the lesson.  If you quietly look at all of your situations, you will find it.  Today be responsible.

Defenselessness
There is no need to defend your point of view.  Don’t you feel the struggle when you try to explain yourself? It’s useless, it’s tiring, and it’s a waste of energy.  Tell yourself today, “ I am not going to get defensive, and I will remain open to all points of view.” Take a deep breath, close your eyes and release.

In summary, what a great Treasure! Let it simmer and allow yourself to keep growing.  Until next week, enjoy the rest of your week.  Go check out Deepak Chopra's Seven Spiritual Laws of Success!
