3 Techniques to Boost your Confidence


I want to share with you how I became confident.  Everyone at one point strives for confidence. Let’s face it we need it.  I can’t think of a time when trust in ourselves is not necessary.  But, we are humans, and many of us struggle with low self-esteem.


Not long ago I was struggling with low self-esteem.  I hid it very well, but inside I was a mess.  I felt, if I kept quiet, it would go away.  It didn’t.  I noticed that I was weak inside, but wanting to be bold and vigorous.  It took a lot of work, but I got there.  I felt as if I was this powerful Eagle, but inside I was just a little scared chicken.


Have you ever felt low self-esteem in some area of your life?  Maybe not, there are many people out there that are naturally confident.  But, if you have ever experienced low self-esteem once in your life, I want to share with you how I became confident and what I do daily to keep the strength.  It’s a great journey, and to this day I practice every single one of these techniques every day.


First, watch videos on confidence, there are many people out there willing to help.  Second, take action.  Without action, the videos don’t mean anything.  You have to put in the work. And third, speak positive Affirmations.  What you say to yourself matters, pay attention to what words you choose.


Watch Videos
Not your common to do strategy.  But, with today’s easy social media outreach, go and find yourself motivational videos.  I listen to the ones that move me and inspire me, the ones that help me learn and become a better person.  Below, I shared three videos with you, watch them.  When you choose a video, make sure it resonates with your personality.  Technique number 1, find great videos that move you.

Take Action
Ok, so you found an amazing video that moved you. Now, what?  You take action.  Yes, practice what they are teaching you.  Take it to heart, don’t leave it for another day.  The plan here is to consume then take action.  Create your reality. That in itself boosts your self-esteem.  Take advantage of today’s media and learn from individuals that want to make a difference.  Technique number 2, do something about it.  Take action.


Positive Affirmations
Stop talking negative, stop yourself from thinking negative.  Speak words that lift you up that make you a better person that changes you.  I am confident because I speak certain words and believe in the words I speak.  It’s not mumbo jumbo, try it.  Change your words, change your life.  Technique number 3, repeat positive affirmations daily.


In summary,  It’s all a mindset and your environment.  Find the best way to get confidence and make it your own.  I shared what worked for me and what continues to work for me on a daily basis.  I’m here to share and to make this world a better place.  My world at least, join me!
