We always somehow forget the power that each word has on us. Words can change your perception of things, since they carry a vibration, and are energy, the words you use can have a positive or negative effect on you.  I do not particularly appreciate labeling people or myself when it comes to communicating, but I can’t help but notice that being raised in a Cuban family, we tend to get heated quickly in an argument or a simple discussion. That’s how I’ve seen the different vibrations that words carry; I don’t feel good after a heated conversation with a family member.
